Tola Jaiyeola is a Registered Nurse, Nigerian chef, and certified Transformational Life Coach with a deep passion for intuitive healing, trauma recovery, and faith-based transformation.
As a woman who has walked through deep personal struggles—including a painful divorce and a three-year relationship where her unhealed shadow affected her daughter— Tola now dedicates her life to helping men and women (ages 18-50) break free from childhood wounds, trauma, and emotional pain. Through her coaching programs, workshops, retreats, and digital resources, she empowers individuals to heal, grow, and step into their highest potential.
Tola is the founder of Transform with Tola, a global movement that helps individuals embrace healing through faith, psychology, and self-empowerment. She speaks at churches, corporate organizations, and empowerment events on emotional wellness, parenting tough boys, and overcoming life’s deepest wounds. She believes healing is a lifelong journey—but shedding light and awareness is the key to living a happy life. A significant part of her work focuses on “meeting the inner child”, a deep healing process that helps individuals resolve past wounds that impact their adult
lives.
